MySpace

  • Copy the code snippet from the Musicubes website.
  • Open a new browser window and sign into to your MySpace page.
  • Select the "Edit Profile" option.
  • In the "Interests & Personality" tab, locate the appropriate section & select "Edit".
  • Paste the Musicube code snippet into the field provided & select "Preview".
  • Then select "Submit" to confirm the addition of your Musicube.
  • Towards the top of the page, select "View My Profile".
  • Your Musicube should now be displayed under the "Interests" section.

Blogger

  • Copy the code snippet from the Musicubes website.
  • Open a new browser window and sign into to your Blogger site.
  • Select the name of your blog under "BLOG NAME".
  • Select the "Template" tab from the main navigation.
  • In the editable region, scroll through the HTML until you find the following line:
    • <h2 class="sidebar-title">Links</h2>
    • (it should be towards the bottom of the scrollable window)
  • Create a new line after the next "<ul>".
  • On this new line add the code "<li>".
  • Paste the Musicube code snippet directly after the <li>.
  • Now add "</li>" directly after the code snippet.
  • Select "Save Template Changes" at the bottom of the screen.
  • Republish your blog by following the link toward the top of the page.
  • Select "View Blog" to see your Musicube on your blog under the "Links" section

TypePad

  • Copy the code snippet from the Musicubes website.
  • Open a new browser window and sign into to your TypePad page.
  • Select "POST" in the weblog of your choice.
  • Give your post a title & category and select "Edit HTML" for the post body.
  • Paste the MusiCube code snippet into the body area & select "SAVE" at the bottom of the page.
  • Now select "VIEW SITE" from the top of the page to see your blog.

Bebo

  • For Bebo you only need to copy part of the code snippet.
  • Copy the full path to the SWF, including the ID. For example: "http://radio1musicubes.co.uk/musicubes.swf?id=1".
  • Open a new browser window and sign into to your Bebo page.
  • Under "Flash Box", select "Add Flash".
  • Paste the code snippet into the field provided & select "SAVE".
  • Add a descriptive name like "My musical DNA" & select "SAVE.
  • The Flash area will appear smaller in size in Bebo, until a visitor selects "Bigger" from the Flash Box menu..
